This notice explains what personal data we process when you visit hyh-global.com or contact us, and the rights you have under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and similar laws.

What this website does not do

• It sets no cookies and uses no analytics, advertising or tracking tools.
• It loads no content from third parties: fonts, images and videos are served from this website itself.
• The quote request on the home page is not a web form that sends data to us. It only prepares an email in your own email program; nothing is transmitted until you send that email yourself.

Hosting and server logs

This website is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc. (Cloudflare Pages). To deliver the pages and protect the site against attacks, Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address, the date and time of the request, the page requested and your browser type. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in a secure, working website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Cloudflare may process this data outside the EU; see Cloudflare's privacy policy.

When you contact us

If you email or call us, we process the information you provide, such as your name, company, contact details and technical requirements, to answer your enquiry, prepare quotations and carry out orders. Legal basis: steps prior to entering into a contract and performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), and our legitimate interest in business correspondence (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

We keep this data as long as needed for the enquiry and the business relationship, and afterwards only as long as accounting and tax retention rules require.

Transfer to China

We are based in the People's Republic of China, for which the European Commission has not adopted an adequacy decision. When you contact us, your data is transferred to China because this is necessary to answer your request and to prepare or perform a contract with you (Art. 49(1)(b) GDPR). Technical requirements you send may be shared with our manufacturing partner, Shenzhen GaoChangSheng Electronic Tech. Co., Ltd., to prepare your quotation and samples.

Your rights

You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to its processing, and to receive it in a portable format. Write to bill@hyh-global.com. You may also complain to a data protection supervisory authority, in particular in the EU country where you live or work.
